Awdah is the founder of Aura Flash Advisory and has spent more than two decades working alongside founders, startups, and growth-stage companies across Australia, Canada, and the United States.
She holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, bringing a unique combination of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and practical business experience.
Throughout her career, Awdah has helped companies build strong operational foundations, secure funding, navigate intellectual property matters, establish governance structures, and scale effectively. She is known for her ability to connect strategy with execution and help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
